Terms of service

These terms form an agreement between you and [Company legal name], [Registered address] ("we", "us"), for the use of SureMonth (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

1. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your password safe and tell us at support@suremonth.com if you think your account has been compromised. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

2. Workspaces and members

A workspace belongs to the organization that created it. Owners and admins decide who is a member and what role they have, and are responsible for the members they invite.

3. Plans and billing

• The Free plan is free of charge with the limits shown on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, per seat or at a flat price as shown on the pricing page. A seat is a member of your workspace or an invitation that has not been accepted yet.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by [Payment provider], which may act as merchant of record and add taxes where required. Except where the law says otherwise, fees are not refundable.
• We may change prices with at least [30] days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, distribute malware, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, overload or probe our systems, or resell the service without our written permission.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to the service. You give us the permission we need to host, process and display it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you add.

6. Our service

We own the service, the software and the SureMonth brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation.

7. Third-party services

The service can connect to third-party products through the API or webhooks. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or fail to pay. You can export your data before your account is deleted.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law
